Welcome to

Riverside Nursery School - Regent House

Regent House is situated in the heart of Chepstow Town Centre, in a Grade II listed building that used to be the old workhouse. Our location in the town allows us easy access to the shops, local library, parks, castle and riverbank and more. We capitalise on this by taking the children out and about on a regular basis, participating in story time at the library, attending the pantomime each year at the Drill Hall, marking Remembrance Day at the Cenotaph and we have partnered with one of the local primary schools, The Dell to share use of their Forest Schools area. Being so central means that

many of our parents can also walk to the nursery.

The setting is spread over 2 floors with our Rabbits (2-3 year olds) and our Foxes (3-4 year olds) , each having their own base room on the ground floor. Our Owls (3 months - 2 years) are situated on the 1st floor together with our sleep rooms. The base rooms are large and open plan and provide the perfect environment for children to learn through play

and follow their natural curiosity.
